I have asked through the Traffic Exchange for your thoughts on what would INSPRIRE you to take a more active role in the exchange. What do you want or need to help your businesses that you think the Exchange can provide??

This is a quandary....

Through FaceBook, MySpace and many others I have over 1000 friends. Few really know me. Of the few that will talk business with me it is to persuade me to quit what I am into and join them. My offer is different because I do not want anyone to quit what he is doing in order to enjoy the advantages available to those who join with me.

My dad is a pastor in a small town in Louisiana. There is a similar frustration among the churches there concerning growth. The community is not growing. In fact there are many leaving. Any way, the only way a church was to grow is to come up with a phantasmagorical new worship experience. When they do that the other churches lose membership.

Why did I say all of this?

It is time for Network Marketing to have a new shift. We cannot get anywhere trading down line. Experts, Gurus and Coaches too many to number are wooing the down line away from those who are less glamorous.

The more you think about it the more you see this as a threat to the credibility to the whole industry from within as well as a deterrent to newcomers.

What can be done?

First of all we want new people. That is to say we want people to come into our businesses that are new to the industry and not from another down line. Second is we need a way for our down line individual distributors to grow their down line without having to compete with the over glamorized guru. At one time I had a contact that almost signed up with me but upon meeting my up line asked if he could sign up under him instead. This makes you wonder if it could be that we are competing with our own down line. Value a wide first level but not at the expense of depth.

What I propose will bring training that is practical, universal, and you never have to wonder if you gave as complete information to one as you gave to another. What I propose eliminates the frustration you face meeting another from a different business because he can benefit from this and there by enhance what he has. What I propose gives time back to those with large down lines. What I propose is about a 35% raise for those who bring a down line.

Well said Terry!!! Your program looks like dynamite! I am talking about utilizing some free strategies to help us all in our own businesses as well. It would be great if we could develop a small group here to work together. We cvn help each other with our Blogs-comments etc. Help each other with bookmarks and other strategies to improve our online businesses. So how about it?? I can spice it up with credits on the traffic exchange...if people will participate.

My own little church that I love is in the same boat. Times are not pretty, and bringing new followers to Christ is not easy.
We can now see His economy works, ours can BREAK. That being said, bringing in some new people for online business pursuits should be getting easier, so many are without jobs. Bring your team in here and stir it up!
